Step 1. Connect your iPhone to your computer and run EaseUS MobiMover.

Step 1: Go to "Settings" App, scroll down to choose "Sounds".
Step 2: Scroll down to "SOUNDS AND VIBRATION PATTERNS" section and tap on "Ringtone".
Step 3: Tap on the ringtone you like to make it your ringtone.
The way to set a song as the custom ringtone via iTunes is a little bit complex. But if you want to have a try, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Launch iTunes on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "My Music". (Click "Music" from the drop-down menu at the top left and choose "Library" from some versions of iTunes.)
Step 3: Right click the song, choose "Get Info" and tap on "Options".
Step 4: Decide the Start and Stop point of your ringtone.
Step 5: Select the song clip, go to "File" at the top, click "Convert" and choose "Create AAC version". (Click "File", choose "Create New Version" and tap on "Create AAC version" in older iTunes versions)
Step 6: Choose the AAC song clip, right click it and choose "Show in Finder".
Step 7: In Finder, right-click the song clip and choose "Get Info". Under "Name and Extension", change the ".m4a" to ".m4r". Confirm your change.
Step 8: Drag the song clip to the desktop.
Step 9: Connect your iPhone to computer. Then Choose "Tones". In older versions of iTunes, click the three dots in the top left corner and then choose "Tones".
Step 10: Drag the music from desktop to the "Tones" section.
Step 11: Click "Sync Tones", choose "Select Tones". Choose the song clip and sync to your iPhone. (The problem "iTunes won't sync to iPhone" may happen during the process, here are the fixes.)
Step 12: Go back to your iPhone, open "Settings", choose "Sounds", tap on "Ringtone", set the song clip as your ringtone.
