How to fix Cannot Connect to App Store on iPhone

Fix 1: Check your network connection

No matter you are using a cellular network connection or Wi-Fi network connection, you have to make sure the good quality and stability of the network. Besides, if you use App store under cellular network, be sure that you have turned on "App Store" in "Use Cellular Data For" section in Cellular settings. If you want to download big size Apps, using Wi-Fi network is recommended.

Fix 2: Re-sign into App Store

Step 1: Run "Settings" App on your iPhone and go to "iTunes & App Store".

Step 2: Click your Apple ID and then choose "Sign Out".

Step 3: Tap on "Sign In", enter your Apple ID password, then click "Sign In". (If you forget your Apple ID password, you will have to reset your Apple ID password.)

The Cannot Connect to App Store problem is likely caused by something wrong in network connection like Wi-Fi Not Working. If you have tried all the 3 solutions above and all failed, you can reset network settings on your iPhone to have a try. This action will erase all your saved networks and thus need you to enter the password to the network again.

Step 1: Launch "Settings" App and choose "General".
