How to fix iTunes not detecting devices

Step 1. Restart your iPhone and PC.

Step 2. Connect device to another USB port on PC

Step 3. Try installing/reinstalling latest version of iTunes
Make sure that you've installed the latest version of iTunes on your computer. If not, please go to Apple official website to download.

Step 4. Install all the Windows updates
Make sure that all the latest version of the update have been installed on your Windows PC.
Go to Control Panel > Update & Security > Windows Update and verify if your computer has installed all the updates.

Step 5. Tape on Trust on your device when you connect it to computer
Every time when you connect your iOS device to the computer, a popup message will be shown on the device's screen, click on "Trust this Computer".

Step 6. Verify and restart Apple Mobile Device Support, Service, and USB Driver

1.Turn to Control Panel to find if the Apple Mobile Device Support has been installed. If it's not found in the list, you need to reinstall iTunes.

2. Then restart the Apple Mobile Device service as follows: Go to Start > Run or press Windows key + R and type 'services.msc' in the text field and hit Enter. 

3.Then locate Apple Mobile Device or Apple Mobile Device service, right-click on it > select Properties and then click Stop to stop the service. 

4.Right-click on the Apple Mobile Device service > choose Properties > click Start to run the service again. 

5.Finally, you should restart the computer.
