Use Quick Start
Bring both iPhones together and enable Bluethooth on the old iPhone.
Open your new iPhone and you will see the Quick Start screen, allowing you to set up the new device. Tap "Continue."
An animation will appear on your new iPhone. You can use your old iPhone to scan this image.
After your devices are connected, your data and settings will be transferred to the new device.
Cons: You can't transfer specific type of data; Sometimes Quick Start can't work due to some system errors.
Use iCloud Backup
On your old iPhone, head to the Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
