Is Migrating OS Safe?

I recently purchased a new SSD and want to transfer my operating system from my primary HDD to the new SSD. However, I don't want to lose any programs and keep all my stuff. Is it safe to migrate OS? If so, please tell me how to do so.

Yes, it is completely safe to migrate your operating system. What you need to do is a process called cloning.

Due to their quicker writing and reading speeds and quieter operation, SSDs are well-liked by users. As a result, most computer users choose to move data or OS from hard disks to SSDs.

There is no need to migrate simply the OS to SSD if the other drives in your HDD, excluding the C drive (where the OS is located), are very small in size.
