Send error report when you encounter problem or error using Data Recovery Wizard

When you ran this software but it encountered an error, you need to follow the method below to solve the problem.

Solution

1. Enter the installation folder of Data Recovery Wizard, and find 'DRWReport.exe'.

2. Run this file, and you will get the following interface.

3. Please click on the "Click Here" to check the file first, and then press "Send Error Report" to add the file to the compressed package "DRW0.zip".

Then you can send the "DRW0.zip" to support@easeus.com. The technical support will help you to locate and solve the issue very soon.
