Q: I received a disk error during usage of Data Recovery Wizard, what does this mean?

A: A disk error is a sign for a hardware problem. Data Recovery Wizard is a solution for software problems, it cannot help you with failed hardware. We recommend that you stop working with the corrupted drive until you make a disk image. (Every attempt to access data can increase corruption!) After successfully creating an image you can use the image disk to do data recovery.
