How to recover the deleted email files?

The easy recovery software - Data Recovery Wizard will recover the deleted Microsoft Outlook PST and WAB (Windows address book) and PAB (Personal Address Book) files which have been emptied from or bypassed the Windows Recycle Bin, rather than recovering individual message deleted from INBOX of Microsoft Outlook.

PST files are very complex and in some instances recovered PST files will not function until they have also been repaired. This is done by running a program called "scanpst.exe" (also known as the "Inbox Repair Tool") which is installed by default on all Windows computer systems. Use Data Recovery Wizard to find your deleted PST file. If errors occur when you try to access it, use the Inbox Repair Tool to fix it. Once you have recovered and repaired the file you will once again be able to open the file in Microsoft Outlook.

Outlook Express DBX Files

Data Recovery Wizard will recover deleted Microsoft Outlook Express DBX files which have been emptied from or bypassed the Windows Recycle Bin, rather than recovering individual message deleted from INBOX of Microsoft Outlook Express.

Web Mail (Hotmail, Yahoo etc ...)

In some cases, it is possible to recover the deleted Web based email messages (such as Hotmail or Yahoo. This can only be done if you have previously opened and looked at the message on your local computer before (The message will be saved as a cache file on your hard disk and it can be recovered as a HTML page.).

To recover data from a drive containing deleted emails, follow these steps:

1. Download EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, install it and launch it. Click the "Deleted File Recovery" button on the main window of Data Recovery Wizard.

2. Select the file types you want to recover. Tick 'Search all lost files automatically' to find all lost file types. Tick 'Ignore bad sectors' to skip bad sectors when scanning.

3. You can see the list of all volumes found on your computer.

4. Choose one of them and press the "NEXT" button (if you are familiar with file system details, you can change "Option" before pressing the "NEXT" button).

5. Data Recovery Wizard will read file system on selected volume.

6. This step may take some time depending on the size of disk space. You have to wait until scanning is finished.

7. Otherwise Data Recovery Wizard may not be able to find and recover deleted Email files.

8. After this scanning is finished, you'll see file/folder tree.

Note: If after Deleted Files Recovery you are not able to get the desired results, go back to home window and select the option "Complete Recovery" or "Partition Recovery".

9. You can check the deleted files by going through the directory in the left pane. You can also use "Search files" or "Find file by name" function to locate the email files.

10. Select the file or folder that you want to recover and press the "NEXT" button.

11. Select a directory and press the "NEXT" button to save the data.

Caution: Saving file(s) to the partition or drive where you are recovering data, for it may result in overwriting data and permanent data loss!
