Data Recovery Wizard, Many thanks for such a great tool. Having inadvertently formatted my external hard drive that holds everything I was pulling my hair out. A couple of weeks ago, I was reloading the operating system on my wife's PC and inadvertently erased the partition on her backup storage drive. The drive contained the backup copies of every digital photo we have taken since 2003 along with 60-70GB of other essential data--personal files, music, etc, etc. A friend advised me to try Data Recovery Wizard and I am writing to tell you that this was the best $70 I have spent in the past decade (or more). The program recovered well over 90% of the contents of the drive and virtually everything that we would consider very important. I will recommend your data recovery products to everyone I meet who encounters a similar situation.

One suggestion though. Your manual should give an indication of how long it takes the program to run. To search a 120GB USB drive, it took about 40 hours to do the initial file search and then an additional 140 hours +/- to do the data recovery. I am NOT complaining about how long it took the program to run but there was a point in the process when I wondered if it was running properly. Had there been an indication that data recovery is a long process in the instructions, I would not have had any concerns at all.

As an amateur photographer I had more than 26000 pictures on 2 mirrored hard drives. They both failed at the same time after a thunder storm. No drive letter was appearing when plugging them into my computer... a disaster...

And then I've discovered your Data Recovery Wizard Professional. The free download was the only software that was able to "see" the drives, even without windows recognising them.

It took me a day to recover about 98% of my work. Thank you. It paid for itself on the first use. A local company was charging 400 euros only to take a look at the drive...

This is the best and at a price range that is still affordable (not like some...)

Such a Functional Utility (6/16/2009)

I am writing to thank your organization for producing and supplying such a functional utility. I successfully ran the data recovery wizard on a drive from a computer with a failed board/cpu. Some folders and files appeared to be absent from the drive. The wizard was able to access the folders and files, displaying individual items. This verification that all files where present just not visible or accessible with the OS, allowed the quick determination that it was an ownership or permissions issue which was promptly solved. At this time I do not require your full utility, but I will recommend your EaseUS product with enthusiasm.

Dear Sir,

Thank you VERY much for your software which I found using Google and the phrase "retrieve ntfs files". I'd lost a lot of photos and other files created recently, that were inaccessible because of a HDD fault on my Windows XP machine. Windows Explorer and Computer Management could see the disk but couldn't do anything with it. My last backup didn't include the files created recently, and I was mortified by the amount of work that needed to be done again.

I used the demonstration version in partition mode to scan the disk and when it said that my files were all there, I bought the Data Recovery Wizard 4.3.6 which installed smoothly.

Amazingly, the software went on to recover all of the files for me seamlessly. I haven't lost a single bit or byte of data and have now made sure that it is all backed it up properly.

Once again, thank you so much. Your software saved me a lot of time by not having to rescan documents and recovered all my irreplaceable photographs very easily.

I downloaded Data Recovery Wizard from the link that was sent by your company. When I began to install the program, I received an alert to uninstall the demo version. Obviously, I had to exit out of the demo to do this which caused me concern. However, when I installed the full version and ran the program it had saved the previous recovery session from the demo version. No registration code was necessary and I was able to load the session from the demo and recover my files.

It was a beautiful experience and I am very satisfied with RegNow and EaseUS.

Thank you! Months ago I lost a 300g Maxstor drive that had years worth of my kids pictures on it. It suddenly quit working. I could see the drive letter, but couldn't see anything on the drive. I tried everything to get the data back without success... until your software! I couldn't believe it when I ran your software and it showed me files!!! I was so excited. I'm now looking at pictures I thought I would never see again. I was also able to restore my music, tax files, and lots of other things that I thought were gone for good. I just purchased your product "EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional" today. You probably hear this all the time. About a week ago I deleted partitions on two of my drives. One of the drives stored about 5 years of digital pictures and video files. I've downloaded about 3 or 4 software recovery tools. Yours by far was the easiest to use and the fastest to recover. While these were all safely backed up to DVD, it would have taken me days to move them back. I couldn't find a place on the website to leave a comment, so I had to email you. For two days straight, I cried off and on, and couldn't sleep. My computer crashed, and instead of taking it to a professional, I tried fixing it myself, by running the Recovery cds that came with the computer when we bought it. I didn't realize it would restore my computer to "factory settings" and I would completely lose everything I had saved on it.

I didn't use this laptop for work, so I guess it could have been even worse... BUT on this computer I had saved about 9 years worth of family photos. Including family vacations to Mexico, Bahamas, New Zealand, New York City, etc., ALL birthdays and Christmases and all special events for my three children. I basically had lost all record of their lives from age 4 to 14. I know I was stupid for not having a backup, but I was naive, and had never had anything happen to any of my computers before. I also lost a lot of documents, such as addresses, budgets, resumes, and data. But nothing bothered me so much as losing all our photos.

I called our computer repair shop, and they told me they were very sorry, but there was absolutely no way to recover these files. I cried some more.

I found your software by searching, and placed my last hope in you. I'm happy to tell you, your program recovered ALL of my photos. NINE years worth of photos. You don't know how valuable this was to me. I've saved everything to backup disks now, and will take precautions in the future. But I'm telling you, $80 is a BARGAIN for what you have given me back. I thank you with all my heart. You should advertise nationally, I mean like, during the Superbowl and stuff! You could charge MUCH more for this product, and still sell like crazy! I can not recommend you highly enough, and am going to spread the word to everyone I know. I would gladly represent you in ANY advertisement. I just wish words could express my gratitude.

You have a terrific product. My primary backup drive with over 190 Gig of data became corrupted and showed as RAW drive. It showed 0 bytes of data on the drive. Other programs saw the drive but did not see the data, some did not even see the drive.

Data Recovery Wizard Pro was the only program that not only saw the data but recovered it. This included critical email files, corporate documents and research files. I would have lost everything if you program had not found and recovered these files.

Worked like a treat. Partition recovery was easy and I was able to see all my files in the demo version so I knew that they were there. Its good value at $69 - my data was worth much more than that to me.
