Select check box "Create running log of application" to force Data Recovery Wizard to record recovery process on log file. Turning this option on will lead to that Data Recovery Wizard takes more times. Also, you can click "Delete exist running log" to erase the existent log file.

The log file summarizes the recovery processes for support purposes. Important settings and choices are recorded in the log file.

It is a good idea to include the log file when you send us an email for support. The log file is located in the directory where Data Recovery Wizard installed.
