Q: I lost the program, how do I get the program and install again?

A: 1. Go to Customer Support Center

2. Fill in your Order ID and the relevant Email address to login. Then click "Product Download" on left control panel to download the latest program. If you have run out of the given downloads or it is expired, please click "Ask additional download" to activate again.

3. If the download was blocked, you may reset the Explorer Security Level: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security, set the level as Low temporarily' and resume the setting after downloading successfully.
