What should I do if the program crashes every now and then?

Please send the error information our program collects to us for a further analysis.

You may do as below:

When the program crashes, the system will prompt a message "EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience", please fill in the detailed information of the problem in the rectangular blank and press "Click here" to check the files which are ready to be sent. Once you have confirmed these files, please press "Send Error Report". Afterwards, you will be guided to use the email program on your machine to send this information by this wizard. However, a few problems maybe not prompt the error message box, at this situation, please do like this:

Get into the installation folder and you will find a DRWReport.exe, run it and get through the rest steps the same as the upper operations.

Besides, there is a DRW0.zip file in the installation directory and send it to us as an attachment by other email programs as you wish. We recommend that you'd better check these files first, and then press "Send Error Report" to add these files in the compressed package.
