Technical FAQ - I will buy full version if you can guarantee that my data can be recovered

We can never and will never guarantee any results. All we can tell you is that we will make every effort to help you recover your data, if things do not initially work out when using our software. You are free to contact us to see if we can make an estimate on the recoverability of your data.

You can verify if the software actually runs and detects your disks by running the demo versions. The demo will give a fair indication of the possibility of data recovery:

You can test if the physical disks are detected - if the demo version does not find the disks, the full version won't either.

They will detect or not detect the lost partitions - if the demo version does not find any partitions, the full version won't either.

They will detect or not detect the deleted or lost files / folders - if the demo version does not find any files / folders, the full version won't either.

Using the demo version you can generate logfiles: You are welcome to submit the logfiles to our support team, we will always give a fair assessment of the chances for a successful recovery.
