What is the account?
The account is used to login the Data Security Wizard. It also can be used to encrypt a file/folder. For example: when the program is running, you may right click the file/folder and choose "encrypt". In this way, the file/folder will be encrypted by the account.

What is the password?
The password only is used to encrypt file/folder. You can use the user-defined password to encrypt a file/folder in the program.

Why does the file/folder/partition still can't open correctly while I cancel the wipe operation immediately?
The wipe operation cannot be undone. Even if you cancel while starting the wipe operation, the file/folder/partition/disk also will be destroyed, please must be careful!

What aftermaths will be cause if I forget the account/password?
Please keep your account/password discreetly, if lose them the encrypted file/folder cannot be decrypted or cannot login the program, please must be careful!

Why cannot the program work normally after reinstalling it?
Must restart the computer after installed the Data security Wizard successfully, otherwise the program cannot run normally.

Using right-click encrypted what is the decrypt password after the file/folder?
The account is the password. That means you need enter the account to decrypt the file/folder which be encrypted by using right click.

If I reinstall the Data security Wizard, can the former encrypted file/folder be decrypted correctly?
The encrypted file/folder cannot open after uninstall the Data Security Wizard. But, if you can remember the previous password, the encrypted file/folder can be decrypted correctly after reinstall the Data Security Wizard.

Why cannot I find the partition at the windows explorer after it was wiped by the Data security Wizard?
After wiped a partition, the contents of the partition and the volume will disappear from the operating system. If you want to use it again, you must repartition.

What I must notice when encrypting or decrypting?
You'd better not save your encrypted file or folder to system partition, this way fix when your system is bad and rebuild system your encrypted file or folder can be save it. If you want to format a partition, please fix your partition is no encrypted data.

Why does the program run slow sometimes?
Because the software is carrying on the data encrypt and the data decrypt, sometimes it is slow.

Are files protected from viruses, trojans, worms, spyware etc.?
Yes. There is no way these types of programs can do any damage to your protected files.

Can I encrypt any format of files?
There is no limit to the format of files. It doesn't matter whether your files are, like .jpg, .doc, .pdf, .txt, .bmp, .gif, .html, .psd or any other format.

Does it work on all disk types like FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS?
Yes. Data Security Wizard has no compatibility issues running on any type of disk drive including FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS.

Does it work on Windows 2003 Server/XP/2000/NT/Me/98?
Yes. It works perfectly on all 32-bit versions of Windows: i.e. Windows 2003
