My Exos Hard Disk Won't Format at All, What Should I Do

I get a brand new Seagate Exos 18TB external hard drive, but it won't format at all. I tried many tools but none of them work. I'll appreciate it if anyone can tell me any solutions for this error.

Your problem is "Exos hard drive won't format." This issue can be caused by various reasons, including viruses, outdated hardware drivers, missing or corrupted system files, etc.

Guide 1. Remove Viruses via Windows Defender

Follow the steps here, and you can remove the virus on your hard drive:

Step 1. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Security."

Step 2. Choose the Virus & Threat Protection section.

Step 3. In the Threat History section, click Scan Now to scan your computer for viruses.

Guide 2. Run CHKDSK Command

If you cannot format your hard drive and the device is not RAW, you can run CHKDSK to repair possible disk errors. Here is how:
